Went to Toowoomba on the Saturday a week before the main event to see the beautiful flowers in Queen and Botanic gardens. Some flowers were not quite out but they would have been before the main weekend.
Cork tree Tenterfield
Cork tree is in a small street east of the main street of Tenterfield Bought from England by Edward Parker and was planted in 1861. Believed to be Australia largest cork tree. It was huge. Also saw and old chimney which i would say has a bit if history.
Queen Mary Falls.

Liston ( Camping )

Mann River / Grafton

Stanthorpe Floods
The wet has bought flooding to Stanthorpe once again going over all bridges except Carnarvon bridge and the bypass bridge. It was not far from going over the main bridge to which is the main road to the shopping area. There was alot of rain around over the days from 13/19 March ‘22
Condamine
Condamine was our next stop for 2 nights and staying here was free for power and water but no showers. It is a beautiful spot with awesome sunsets and cloud formation. The lake was a great spot for wild birds and water sport. Condamine is approx 33 km south/ south west of Miles
Dawson River cruise
Went on a beautiful river cruise on the Dawson River at Theodore. It was a very relaxing cruise at $50 per person. We were able to take our own drinks and nibbles. The cruise was very relaxing and was about 3 hrs.
Glen Moral stone pitch track
Went for a drive to Glen Moral through paddocks on a dirt road which is around trip from Theodore and back of approx 76 km south. The views of Glenmoral Ranges are amazing. Old Railway Bridges at Theodore.
Got to Theodore staying at the Theodore showgrounds for a few nights. Found the beautiful old Railway bridge which was going to be knocked down but with the community getting up in arms about while it is still standing. It is a beautiful old Railway Bridge. Also getting a couple other bridges at Lonesome Creek.
