On the spare of the moment we decided to go away for few days to do waterfall way. On our way took photos of Bluff Rock which is just south of Tenterfield. Beautiful trees along at Stonghenge. Got to Armidale and turned to waterfall way. Got photos of an old shed which was along in big paddock but down the road further there was some old machinery from years ago. Found our 1st waterfall for the day. Dangar falls at Dangar Gorge Not much water going over but enough to make a nice waterfall. On our way further we passed some more old machinery and old buildings before getting to an old memorial about the pioneers. One of the pioneers was from Stanthorpe. His name was Francis Brennan. Saw some old chimney stacks. Got to another waterfall but this time we had to walk a short distance and what a beautiful waterfall. This waterfall was called Wooloomombi Falls. After leaving this beautiful scenery and waterfall we went for a walk to point lookout through the ferns and also seen where the fires had gone through. Got some beautiful photo if the magnificent mountains. We got to Dorrigo fir the night staying in a cabin with magnificent views around the countryside
