Lara Wetlands

Well what a place. Arrived here after driving over a well graded dirt road for about 13 km. Lara wet lands is approx 43 km from Barcaldine. There is toilets and hot showers. Got woken up early our first morning to see the spectacular sunrise. Got beautiful photos of the moon through the trees. Went for a delicious meal with live music which we enjoyed our night. The boys went for a canoe in the lake then it was my turn to with Steve which i enjoyed immensely. The bird life on the lake is fantastic. Sometimes it was hard to get sunsets but was able to get some sort of a sunset before we left. This place is a gem and we lived it so much there
