Pikedale,Goldfield and Glenlyon Dam drive

Today being Thursday 6th of November picked up Lesley and Alexander and went for a drive. Driving to Pikedale and saw the old Pikedale station with there very old buildings. Then onto the Goldfields where we saw old fences, gates and buildings from way back years. Stopped at the Pikedale bridge for morning before driving towards Glenlyon Dam. While driving along this road came across tree carvings. Got to the dam where we found the level is very low. Had lunch before back to Stanthorpe. On our way back stopped at the old Silverspur mine and the Pinnacle Rock. It was an awesome day. Real enjoyed it.
