Lakeland

When we got up this morning we saw the hot air balloon over our campsite. It actually land behind our vans. We left Mareeba Rodeo camping ground and had a great trip to Lakeland caravan park where we will be leaving our van in storage for a week or more to travel to the cape. The Lakeland caravan park has toilets ,showers and power sites for $40 per night and for storage of your van is $40 for a week and $6 per night after that. Lakeland is a small town with a hotel and a coffee /petrol/ and gift shop.
