Travelling home

Left Mackay and as we were driving out south of Mackay we stopped at Macca’s for breakfast. Then we headed for the free camp at Waverley Creek which is between Mackay and Rocky. There is toilets but no showers. It is only 20hrs free camp. Then we headed to Gin Gin. After having a good night sleep ,and on our way we stopped at lunch time at Mt Larcom Cafe to have a beautiful pie and a milk shake/ hot chocolate. Before arriving at the free camp at Gin Gin we ran over a huge brown snake. After calming down and finding out the snake was bot under the ute or van we got to GinGin free camp which is 2km north of GinGin. There is toilets but no showers. There is alot if space for camping for any size vans and tents. There is space for everyone. The next morning the coffee van was there so we were able to grab a hot chocolate for our travels west. We were going to stop at Nanango but a storm warning came onto my phone then homeward bound we went. But again going down one of the ranges between GinGin and Eidsvold we drove yes over another brown snake. We then turned around for a piece of mind to see if the snake had died. Yes it was the Stanthorpe here we come. Arriving home after driving all day got home at 6.30
